智通财经APP讯，汇财金融投资(08018)发布公告，本集团预计于截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024财年)取得净亏损减少不少于45%，而于截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023财年)则取得净亏损约2830万港元。
预期净亏损减少主要是由于以下各项的综合影响2024财年本集团的金融交易软件解决方案业务产生的收入相较2023财年的约5100万港元有所减少;2023财年确认的按公平价值计入损益的金融资产的公平价值净收益约200万港元转为2024财年的按公平价值计入损益的金融资产的公平价值净亏损;由于本集团于2024财年实施成本控制及提效措施，本集团于2024财年产生的行政开支金额较2023财年的约5180万港元有所减少;及2023财年确认应收贷款及利息减值亏损拨备约710万港元转为2024财年的应收贷款及利息减值亏损拨备拨回。前述本集团于2024财年取得按公平价值计入损益的金融资产的公平价值净亏损及应收贷款及利息减值亏损拨备拨回为非现金项目及对本集团现金流量及经营业务并无即时影响。
