格隆汇3月18日｜今日，科技驱动的一站式新居住服务平台贝壳（BEKE.US；2423.HK）发布2024年第四季度及全年财务业绩。数据显示，贝壳2024年四季度实现总交易额（GTV）11,438亿元（人民币，下同），同比增长55.5%；净收入同比增长54.1%至311亿元；2024全年净收入935亿元，同比增长20.2%，经调整净利润72.12亿元。 在财报发布同时，贝壳宣布将启动末期现金分红计划，向截至2025年4月9日营业结束时在册的普通股股东和美国存托股份持有人派发每股普通股0.12美元或每股美国存托股份0.36美元的期末现金股息，预计支付的股息总额约为4亿美元。
