智通财经APP讯，中国奥园(03883)发布公告，本集团预期2024年年度取得亏损净额不超过人民币30亿元(截至2023年12月31日止年度：亏损净额约人民币96亿元)及本公司股东应占溢利净额不超过人民币5000万元(截至2023年12月31日止年度：本公司股东应占亏损净额约人民币95亿元)。亏损净额减少及本公司股东应占亏损净额转为本公司股东应占溢利净额主要由于本公司完成境外债务重组取得重组收益; 本年度交付体量减少令销售物业收入确认减少;就物业项目作出减值拨备增加等综合因素所致。撇除重组收益的影响后，本集团预期亏损净额及本公司股东应占亏损净额均较2023年12月31日止年度取得扩大亏损。
