　　大华继显发布研报称，首次给予嘉里建设（00683）“买入”评级，目标价21.7港元。该行称，嘉里建设主打豪华住宅，其投资物业及开发物业总资产值的60%以上来自中国项目，有望受惠于中国经济的稳定；料中国香港Mont Verra和上海的金陵华庭将提振销售，净负债比率由2024年的43%降至2026年的31%。该行预料，2024至26年每股派息将维持在1.35港元，现价为市账率0.22倍属行业中最低。
