融信服务计划私有化 上市地位将于3月18日撤销
3月17日，融信服务（02207）发布公告，计划已于2025年3月12日获得开曼群岛大法院批准，计划内容涉及要约人融心一品有限公司以协议方式将公司私有化，并撤销公司的上市地位。
公告指出，计划的生效日期为2025年3月14日，所有相关条件已达成。根据计划，公司的上市地位将于2025年3月18日下午4时起撤销。
此外，公告提到，相关注销价的支票将于计划生效后7个营业日内，即2025年3月25日之前向计划股东发出。若在发出支票的最后日期前出现极端天气情况，相关日期将根据情况调整。此次公告强调了要约人的责任，并指出董事会对公告内容的准确性负责。
