新浪科技讯 3月18日下午消息，贝壳发布2024年第四季度及全年财务业绩。2024年四季度，贝壳GTV同比增长55.5%达11，438亿元，净收入同比增长54.1%至311亿元，经调整净利润13.44亿元。

　　此外，贝壳房产交易服务业务基本盘稳固。2024年四季度，贝壳存量房收入为89亿元，同比增长47.5%，新房业务收入同比增长72.7%至131亿元，家装家居业务收入同比增长12.8%达41亿元，房屋租赁服务业务收入同比增长108.7%达到46亿元。2024年全年，非房产交易服务业务收入同比增长64.2%，占总收入比例达到33.8%，成为新的增长引擎。（罗宁）
