Laramide Resources (ASX:LAM) received notice from Extract Advisors on March 13 that it decided to convert all of its $3.5 million debt in Laramide, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The debt was convertible at CA$0.40 and had a term that would have expired on April 1, 2026, per the filing.
