消息面上，康宁杰瑞生物制药与石药集团今早共同宣布，HER2双特异性抗体偶联药物（ADC）JSKN003获得国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）药品审评中心（CDE）突破性疗法认定，用于治疗铂耐药复发性上皮性卵巢癌、原发性腹膜癌或输卵管癌，且不限HER2表达水平。据悉，JSKN003作为新型双抗ADC，利用酶催化和点击化学反应的协同作用机制，提高血清稳定性和旁观者杀伤效应的同时，展现出更加优异的疗效。此次获得突破性疗法认定，有望加快JSKN003的临床开发和审评审批速度。
