新浪科技讯 3月18日上午消息，天眼查App显示，近日，地上铁租车（深圳）有限公司发生工商变更，伊藤忠商事株式会社退出股东行列，新增宁德时代旗下宁波梅山保税港区问鼎投资有限公司为股东。

　　据悉，地上铁租车（深圳）有限公司成立于2015年4月，法定代表人为张海莹，注册资本约2.87亿人民币，经营范围含汽车租赁，汽车、汽车配件的研发与销售，物流信息系统技术开发及技术服务，物流供应链管理技术方案开发，国内货运代理，国际货运代理，计算机软件的技术开发与技术服务等。股东信息显示，该公司现由Ceningan Investment Pte． Ltd．、金庐斯集团有限公司、深圳市新创绿能投资有限公司及上述新增股东等共同持股。

　　公开信息显示，地上铁是一家专业从事新能源汽车运营服务商，致力于为各大快递物流及城市配送提供环保、高效的运力服务，同时提供开放互联的新能源汽车充电一体化运营解决方案及服务。
