　　3月17日消息，港股建材水泥股持续强势，华润建材科技涨超9%，中国建材涨超6%，海螺水泥涨超4%。

　　中国水泥网行情数据中心显示，进入3月以来，国内水泥行情延续上升态势，东三省、长三角及河北等地相继传出水泥、熟料价格上调信息。水泥大数据研究院预测，随着市场需求持续恢复，各地积极酝酿涨价，预计近期水泥价格将持续反弹。

　　3月16日，深圳发布楼市利好政策，大幅提高了住房公积金贷款额度。深圳取消了异地住房公积金贷款的户籍和首套房限制。调整后，异地缴存职工，无论是否具有深圳户籍，只要满足深圳市住房公积金贷款条件，在深购买首套或第二套商品住房时，都可以向深圳市公积金中心申请住房公积金贷款（含商转公贷款）。

　　此外，深圳将住房公积金贷款可贷额度从原本账户余额的14倍提高至16倍，同时不超过最高额度。文件还明确，多子女家庭若使用住房公积金贷款购买第二套商品住房，可适用首套住房公积金贷款政策。
