金吾财讯 | 半导体概念股盘初走强，截至发稿，中芯国际(00981)涨4.54%，晶门半导体(02878)涨3.77%，华虹半导体(01347)涨2.91%，上海复旦(01385)涨2.38%，美佳音控股(06939)涨2.20%，ASMPT(00522)涨2.06%。消息面上，中信建投研报称，继上周NAND Flash原厂Sandisk（闪迪）计划于4月1日起对所有面向渠道和消费者客户的产品涨价超过10%之后，闪存市场报道显示，长江存储也将于4月起对渠道上调旗下零售品牌致态的提货价格，涨价幅度或将超过10%。今年以来，已有2家NAND Flash原厂意图涨价。模组厂商方面，年初台湾闪存模组厂商群联电子也提出春节后将向客户提出涨价10%，并表示虽然终端需求表现平淡，但已看到合约客户回补库存的动作。此外，英伟达2025GTC大会即将开幕，市场预计，英伟达将在2025GTC大会上发布Blackwell Ultra（GB300和B300系列）。Blackwell系列以更高的算力密度和能效比为核心，旨在支持大规模AI模型训练和推理需求。此外，英伟达将联合IonQ、D-Wave等头部企业探讨量子硬件、算法及商业化路径，并展示下一代Blackwell芯片与量子计算领域的最新进展。
