【北京市人工智能产投基金等入股后摩智能 后者为AI芯片研发商】金十数据3月18日讯，天眼查App显示，近日，北京后摩智能科技有限公司发生工商变更，新增北京市人工智能产业投资基金（有限合伙）、北京经济技术开发区产业升级股权投资基金（有限合伙）为股东，注册资本由约1806万人民币增至约1954万人民币，同时多位高管发生变更。该公司成立于2020年11月，经营范围包括人工智能理论与算法软件开发、集成电路芯片设计及服务、信息系统集成服务等，现由联想中小企业发展创业投资基金（天津）合伙企业（有限合伙）、北京元和桐惠企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙）等及上述新增股东共同持股。
