China Lilang (HKG:1234) reported a 13.1% decrease in profit attributable to shareholders for 2024 to 461.1 million yuan from 530.4 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Bourse.
Earnings per share were 0.3851 yuan, a 13.1% decrease compared with 0.443 yuan from the prior year.
Revenue increased by 3% to 3.65 billion yuan from 3.54 billion yuan the previous year.
The board proposed a final dividend of HK$0.09 per share and a special dividend of HK$0.03 per share.
The company's shares were down nearly 10% in recent trading.
