PANews 3月18日消息，据CoinDesk报道，加密财富管理机构 Xapo Bank 推出比特币（BTC）抵押贷款，最高可达 100 万美元，主要面向长期持有者，贷款资金可用于购房、购车或其他生活需求。
该贷款采用 20%-40% 贷款价值比（LTV），降低清算风险，即 BTC 价格需跌破 4 万美元才会触发清算。贷款期限可选择 30、90、180 或 365 天，且提前还款无罚金。Xapo 还提供实时贷款健康追踪，帮助借款人监测风险。
