万国数据2024业绩：净收入103.22亿元 同比增5.5%
3月20日，万国数据（09698/GDS）发布2024年第四季度及全年业绩公告。公司截至2024年12月31日的净收入同比增加5.5%至103.22亿元，主要受益于数据中心的持续增长。尽管净亏损为7.71亿元，相较于2023年的亏损39.26亿元大幅减少，显示出公司在控制成本和提高收入方面的努力。
在第四季度，公司的净收入为26.91亿元，同比增加9.1%。值得注意的是，第四季度的持续经营业务净亏损为1.73亿元，较去年同期的30.75亿元大幅改善。经调整EBITDA同比增长13.9%至12.98亿元，EBITDA率提升至48.2%。这些改善主要归因于运营效率的提升和销售成本的合理控制。
管理层提到，由于公司于2024年12月31日完成对DayOne的股权融资，导致其在合并报表中不再完全并入，从而影响了财务数据的呈现。DayOne的营运业绩和现金流被剔除，并作为独立的终止经营业务项目呈列。此项变动对公司的整体财务状况造成了一定的影响，但长远来看可能有助于公司的财务健康。
在业务分部方面，公司的签约及预签约总面积同比增加1.8%至63万平方米，而计费面积同比增加11.8%至45万平方米。运营面积的计费率保持在73.8%左右，显示出公司在市场需求和运营能力上的稳健表现。整体来看，万国数据在数据中心业务上继续保持增长势头，展望未来，公司将进一步把握人工智能带来的新业务机会。
