连成科技集团(08635)及要约人永续控股有限公司联合公布，于2025年3月13日，要约人完成向Essential Strategy及Expert Wisdom购买合共3亿股股份，相当于本联合公告日期公司已发行股本总额75%，每股股份0.15港元，总代价4500万港元。

紧随完成后及于本联合公告日期，要约人持有合共3亿股股份(相当于公司已发行股本总额75%)。根据收购守则规则26.1，要约人须提呈强制性无条件现金要约，以收购公司已发行股本中的全部股份(要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有及╱或同意将予收购者除外)。每股要约股份现金0.15港元，较股份在最后交易日于联交所所报收市价每股股份0.590港元折让约74.58%。

此外，公司已向联交所申请由2025年3月19日(星期三)上午九时正起恢复股份买卖。

据悉，于本联合公告日期，要约人由狄小光女士合法、实益及全资拥有，而狄小光女士亦为要约人的唯一董事。
