PANews 3月18日消息，据 SEC 文件显示，Strategy Inc （前MicroStrategy）宣布将增发 500 万股 A 系列永久优先股（Series A Perpetual Strife Preferred Stock），以筹集资金继续执行其比特币储备战略。该优先股每年累积 10% 固定股息，按季度支付，未支付股息将按复利计算，最高可达 18%。此外，MicroStrategy 在特定条件下拥有赎回该优先股的权利，而持有者在发生“重大变更”事件时也可要求公司回购。
此次发行将由 Morgan Stanley、Barclays、Citigroup 和 Moelis & Company 共同担任账簿管理人，属于已向 SEC 备案的公开发行。该股票的初始清算优先权设定为 100 美元/股，并可能随市场情况调整。
