Zhong Jia Guo Xin Holdings (HKG:0899) said its Chief Executive Officer Liu Yan Chee James resigned due to other work commitments, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The board has yet to name a successor for Liu, who will remain an executive director of the company.
