Pentamaster International to Delist Wednesday as Privatization Takes Effect

Pentamaster International's (HKG:1665) privatization scheme became effective after the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands sanctioned it without modifications.

The company received a copy of the court order on March 17. On March 19, at 4:00 p.m., its shares will be delisted from the Hong Kong Exchange.

Shareholders will receive a total payout of HK$866.5 million, which comprises a special dividend. Payment is expected by March 26, according to a Tuesday filing.
