智通财经APP获悉，总部位于香港的金融咨询公司和奢侈手表交易商蓝山集团(Bluemount Holdings)周一向美国证券交易委员会提交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请，计划筹资至多600万美元。该公司计划以每股4美元至5美元的价格发行140万股股票，筹资600万美元。按照拟议定价区间的中点计算，蓝山集团的估值将为2.22亿美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为BMHL。
蓝山集团通过其子公司Bluemount Capital，提供咨询和咨询服务，专注于企业融资和战略沟通。该公司通过Bluemount Commodities交易奢侈品牌钟表，从个人或企业实体处采购，然后转卖给香港消费者。此外，蓝山集团通过Bluemount Securities提供承销、配售和经纪服务，并通过Bluemount Asset Management提供资产管理。这家总部位于中国香港的公司在截至24年3月31日的财年中实现收入420万美元。
