　　英诺赛科（02577）早盘一度涨超15%，截至发稿，股价上涨6.94%，现报56.25港元，成交额1.13亿港元。

　　3月10日，英诺赛科获纳入沪港通和深港通的合资格股份。公开资料显示，英诺赛科是全球首家实现量产8英寸硅基氮化镓晶圆的公司，同时也是全球唯一具备产业规模提供全电压谱系的硅基氮化镓半导体产品的公司。截至2024年6月30日，英诺赛科拥有全球最大的氮化镓功率半导体生产基地；按收入计，公司于2023年在全球所有氮化镓功率半导体公司中排名第一，市场份额33.7%。
