Henderson Land Development (HKG:0012) said Lee Shau Kee, founder of the group and an executive director of the company, passed away on March 17.
Lee founded the group in 1976. His passing will not have any impact on the company's operations, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
