智通财经APP获悉，3月20日，香港证监会披露，东区裁判法院将针对林泰丰(男)及其姐夫柯俊年(男)的虚假交易案进一步押后至2025年5月15日提堂。被告在今天的聆讯中无须答辩。此次法律程序由香港证监会提起。两名被告被控以串谋就上市公司百信国际控股有限公司(00574)的股份进行虚假交易的罪行。此外，林被控以没有披露其于百信股份的权益的罪行。
据此前披露，香港证监会已展开刑事法律程序，原因是两人涉嫌在2017年4月9日至2018年3月7日期间，串谋就百信国际控股有限公司股份进行虚假交易。林亦被控在2017年6月2日至2018年3月14日期间，八次没有就其于百信股份的权益变动通知香港联合交易所有限公司。
公开资料显示，林及柯获准保释以待进行下一次聆讯，条件是他们缴交：(i) 20,000港元的保释金；及(ii) 50,000港元的人事担保金。
