Odaily星球日报讯 比特币矿企 Bitfarms 宣布成功完成对 Stronghold Digital Mining 的全股票收购交易，交易价值逾 1.1 亿美元，为两家上市比特币矿企之间最大规模的并购。 此次收购将使 Bitfarms 的北美能源市场占比从 6%跃升至 80%，特别是在美国 PJM 电网中的布局显著增强。 此前全球第二大比特币矿企 Riot Platforms 曾试图收购 Bitfarms 最终未果，并选择持有 Bitfarms 20%股份。（Crypto In America）
