智通财经APP讯，锐信控股(01399)发布公告，兹提述证券及期货事务监察委员会于2025年3月14日发布的一份声明。在证监会声明中，证监会表示其已展开法律程序，寻求对金至尊集团(国际)有限公司(前称香港资源控股有限公司)的八名前董事作出取消资格令及赔偿令，其中包括陆海林(公司非执行董事)，彼于相关时间为香港资源的独立非执行董事。在寻求作出取消资格令时，证监会指称所有董事均违反彼等对香港资源负有的责任，并且在行使彼等之权力和履行彼等之职能时，没有以适当的技能、小心审慎和勤勉尽责的态度行事。
陆博士已注意到证监会声明，并将积极维护自己的权利。然而，其认为辞任公司非执行董事及企业管治委员会成员符合公司的最佳利益，有关辞任于2025年3月17日起生效。
