InfiniVAN Launches Fiber Loop Infrastructure Project in Cebu City, Philippines

IPS (TYO:4390) subsidiary InfiniVAN launched a fiber loop infrastructure in Cebu City, Philippines, to support the region's Smart City Project, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The launch event on March 11 at Cebu City Hall was attended by Cebu City Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia and IPS President and CEO Koji Miyashita.

The fiber loop will provide high-speed internet to public institutions and key areas, supporting smart city applications like traffic management, public safety, and e-governance.
