Aumake (ASX:AUK) has entered a supply and distribution agreement with China-based Henan Wanbang Huinong Supply Chain Management firm, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The deal grants Aumake access to China's retail and wholesale markets, with Henan Wanbang handling distribution, marketing, and retail execution, the filing said.
Aumake will supply Australian products tailored to Chinese consumer preferences, the filing added.
The agreement ensures flexible pricing and a 30-day payment settlement. It also includes a feedback mechanism for market insights, enhancing Aumake's revenue stability and cash flow, the company said.
Both companies will also collaborate on promotional initiatives, the company added.
Its shares jumped 25% in recent Thursday trade.
