智通财经APP获悉，五菱汽车(00305)涨幅扩大逾16%，截至发稿，涨16%，报0.58港元，成交额979.09万港元。
消息面上，五菱汽车拟于3月25日举行董事会会议批准年度业绩。公司此前发布盈喜称，预计2024年净利润1.04亿元，同比增50%，股东应占利润4200万元，同比增79%。
京基证券集团此前发布研报称，五菱汽车与五菱新能源相辅相承。后者获前者技术及产能支援，而前者既持有后者20.0%股权，同时是后者的主要供应商。若五菱新能源独立上市，其价值将体现，从而推升五菱汽车的资产及股本价值。该机构表示。五菱汽车2024年6月底持净现金达4.85亿人民币，具备增派股息或回购股份的财务资源。
