瑞典金融科技公司Klarna据悉将取代竞争对手Affirm，成为沃尔玛独家“先买后付”（BNPL）贷款供应商。

　　据了解该合作关系、但因相关规定要求匿名的人士透露，近期披露有意在美国上市的Klarna，将通过沃尔玛控股的金融科技初创公司OnePay，为沃尔玛的线下门店及线上平台的顾客提供贷款。OnePay本月将品牌名称从One更新，它将通过其应用程序处理用户体验，而Klarna将对贷款期限从3个月至36个月、年利率从10%到36%的贷款做出承保决策。

　　这新产品将在未来几周推出，并在假日季前推广至沃尔玛的所有渠道，到年底时很可能成为其唯一的“先买后付”选择。

　　这一举动加剧了全球两大“先买后付”领域巨头Affirm和Klarna之间的竞争，而此时Klarna正准备上市。尽管两家公司都宣称，与信用卡相比，他们能为借款人提供更好的选择，Affirm以美国市场为中心，且自2021年以来已上市，而Klarna的业务网络则更为全球化。

　　周一，Affirm股价在早盘一度下跌14%，最终收跌4.2%。
