在3月18日的数字资产峰会上，美国民主党众议员Ro Khanna表示，他相信国会“应该能够在2025年”通过稳定币和加密货币市场结构法案。根据Khanna的说法，大约70到80名民主党人认为稳定币立法对于通过扩大全球美元使用来促进美国影响力非常重要。
