收购 Baytree Investments(Mauritius) Pte 持有的直接到户$(DTH)$ 和数字内容分发平台的股份，将使 Tata Sons 的持股比例提高到 70%。华特迪士尼DIS.N拥有合资公司其余 30% 的股份。
