Black Diamond Therapeutics $(BDTX)$ and French pharmaceutical group Servier said Wednesday that they have signed a global licensing agreement for Servier to develop and commercialize BDTX-4933, a potential targeted therapy for solid tumors.

Black Diamond will receive a $70 million upfront payment and be eligible for up to $710 million in development and commercial sales milestone payments, and tiered royalties on international net sales, they said.

Shares of Black Diamond soared 23% as intraday trading volume catapulted to more than 100 million shares from a daily average of about 774,000.

Boeing's $(BA)$ Q1 cash outflow will likely be smaller than previously projected due to ongoing stabilization of factory operations and a clearing out of inventory, Chief Financial Officer Brian West said during a Bank of America conference.

Shares of Boeing rose 5.5%, with trading volume of over 10 million shares against daily average of about 8.13 million.

Signet Jewelers $(SIG)$ reported a new strategy to simplify its brand portfolio and accelerate growth. It also issued a fiscal Q1 sales outlook that beat market estimates at the midpoint.

Its shares jumped 17%, with trading volume of more than 3.3 million versus a daily average of about 1.6 million.
