鼎佳精密近日就其北交所IPO申请的第二轮审核问询作出回复,披露了公司业务拓展及客户合作的最新动态。作为一家专注于消费电子功能性及防护性产品的企业,鼎佳精密的产品广泛应用于笔记本电脑、智能手机等领域。
2024年,鼎佳精密成功进入戴尔和宁德时代的供应商体系。通过质量体系稽核与新机种导入测试,鼎佳精密于11月开始为戴尔量产供货,当年实现收入553.74万元。而对于宁德时代,尽管因竞价毛利较低放弃部分订单,但仍签订了《框架采购合同》,年内收入达2.46万元。
此外,鼎佳精密的新老客户结构显示,2021年至2024年,公司新客户开拓率逐年上升,分别为32.16%、38.65%、35.66%和47.80%,高于老客户流失率,表明其市场拓展能力持续增强。这一趋势为公司业务稳定增长提供了保障,同时也回应了监管层对公司客户稳定性及竞争力的关注。
