智通财经APP讯，保利置业集团(00119)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，集团收入人民币402.08亿元，同比减少1.77%;股东应占溢利1.83亿元，同比减少87.34%;每股盈利4.79分;拟派末期息每股2.1港仙。
置业集团(集团连同其合营企业及联营公司)全年完成合约销售金额人民币542亿元，按年增长1%，是克而瑞房企销售榜单前20强中仅两家实现增长的上市公司之一。年度全口径销售金额位列行业第17名，较2023年底跃升10个名次。长三角和大湾区销售金额占比达到73%，按年提升6个百分点，体现近年拓展资源进一步向高能级城市集中。年内实现销售回笼人民币548亿元，回笼率101%。销售规模体现市场竞争力，回笼质量保障财务稳健性，两手都要抓，两手都要硬。
鉴于市场仍在筑底阶段，集团保持审慎投资策略，全年新增六个房地产开发项目，分别位于上海、宁波、深圳和济南，相信该等项目和城市团队在行业整固期间亦能守住股东投入、实现理想流速。代建业务再取佳绩，贵阳誉鹭湖代建项目获取当年实现首开，首开去化率达到八成，鼓励区域公司撬动企业品牌和运营能力，积极探索轻资产模式、拓展多元化收入。2025年1月，集团以底价竞得广州荔湾陆居路地块，将倾力打造旗舰产品，稳步夯实发展根基。
