消息面上，加幂科技发布公告，宣布配售协议(经本公司与配售代理于2025年2月28日订立的补充协议补充)所载的所有先决条件已获达成，并于2025年3月6日完成。根据配售协议(经补充协议补充)的条款及条件，合共109,681,764股配售股份(占本公司经紧随完成后配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行股本约16.7%)已按配售价每股配售股份0.305港元配发及发行予不少于六名独立承配人。

扣除配售佣金及其他相关成本及开支后，所得款项净额约为33,228,410.5港元。公司拟按以下方式运用所得款项净额：约35.0%用于本集团与Web3.0有关的发展及新商机；约10.7%用于扩充及提升大数据中心；约19.6%用于持续提升研发能力；及余下部分约34.7%用于本集团的一般营运资金用途。
