3月16日，随着悠扬的汽笛声，一艘艘满载货船缓缓驶入试运行通航的东淝河复线船闸。自此，由中交二航局承建的引江济淮东淝河枢纽双线船闸全面贯通。引江济淮工程沟通长江、淮河两大水系，是跨流域、跨省重大战略性水资源配置和综合利用工程。该工程自南向北分为“引江济巢、江淮沟通、江水北送”3段，设置8个枢纽，被称为安徽省的“南水北调”工程。（记者 吴纯新）
