National Australia Bank CFO Steps Down to Join Westpac

National Australia Bank (ASX:NAB) said group Chief Financial Officer Nathan Goonan resigned, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Goonan will leave the bank later this year and join Westpac Banking (ASX:WBC, NZE:WBC) as CFO, subject to regulatory approval, a separate filing showed.

Group Chief Risk Officer Shaun Dooley will serve as acting CFO until the bank appoints a permanent successor, the filing stated. Chief Resilience Risk Officer Peter Whitelaw will be the acting chief risk officer.
