PANews 3月17日消息，在OSL举办的《Let’s BUILD，链接未来，共创香港Web3新生态》AMA活动中，香港特区立法会议员吴杰庄透露，法币稳定币法案正处于立法会审议阶段，香港金融管理局（HKMA）将随后启动相关牌照申请工作，以提供更清晰的合规框架。同时，香港计划启动OTC及托管牌照的意见聆讯，并拟于年底展开立法，确保线上线下OTC交易平台受到有效监管，推动市场安全透明化。
此外，吴杰庄提到，香港证监会（SFC）在今年2月Consensus大会期间宣布的20项新监管举措，包括邀请全球顶级交易所申请牌照、简化合规交易所上币流程、开放质押及衍生品业务等，均为市场长期利好，值得关注。
