亿华通(02402)、中国旭阳集团(01907)尾盘放量飙升。截至发稿，亿华通涨28.36%，报30.55港元；中国旭阳集团涨6.46%，报2.8港元。

消息面上，中国旭阳集团此前宣布，拟以定州旭阳氢能100%股权认购亿华通发行的A股股份，并配套总价约5.5亿元人民币认购亿华通新增A股股份。交易完成后，旭阳集团将成为亿华通的控股股东。公开资料显示，中国旭阳集团为京津冀第一大高纯氢供应商，而亿华通是中国领先的氢燃料电池系统企业。

长江证券指出，亿华通通过对旭阳集团氢能相关资产的收购，利于实现双方产业协同。该行指出，向产业链上游延伸，是燃料电池行业解决发展困境的关键战略方向；旭阳集团作为大型焦化企业，相关运输场景与氢能源车辆运输场景相吻合，相关运输线路可逐步替换为氢能源车辆运输，利于带动亿华通燃料电池销售增长和附带氢气消纳；双方整合将进一步加强上市公司围绕氢能产业链的全链条研发能力。
