智通财经APP讯，港华智慧能源(01083)公布，于 2025 年 3 月 18 日，公司向若干执行董事、公司的附属公司的董事、公司的附属公司的高级管理人员及 同为公司附属公司及香港中华煤气有限公司(公司的控股公司)或其附属公司的董事作出要约以授出合共1160万份购股权，购股权的行使价为每股股份 3.57 港元。其中，合共380万份份购股权已要约授予三位董事。
