智通财经APP讯，K W NELSON GP(08411)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收益约2154.4万港元，同比减少25.4%;公司拥有人应占亏损约333.7万港元，同比收窄41.31%;每股亏损0.4港仙，拟派发末期股息每股2.0港仙。
据悉，收益下跌乃主要由办公室物业项目的收益减少所驱动，惟部分被安老院舍项目的收益增加所抵销。本集团的毛利由去年的约840万港元减少至本年度的约680万港元，相当于减少约19.7%。
