百勤油服(02178)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得亏损净额及本公司拥有人应占亏损分别不超过2500万港元，而于截至2023年12月31日止年度亏损净额及本公司拥有人应占亏损则分别为约7470万港元及7350万港元。董事会谨此呈报有关亏损净额及本公司拥有人应占亏损减少乃主要由于报告期间商誉减值亏损减少;物业、厂房及设备折旧减少;及金融资产及合约资产减值拨回净额增加，部分被报告期间摊薄于联营公司的权益的收益减少;及分占联营公司净亏损增加所抵销。
