3月19日消息，针对近来有关新加坡网约车平台Grab正“推进收购印尼GoTo集团并已开始尽职调查”的传闻，GoTo回应称，尚未针对任何潜在收购同任何一方达成协议。

这并非Grab首度传出拟购GoTo的消息，早在2020年12月就曾传出二者合并。近来再有媒体在2月份报道称，Grab拟提出以逾70亿美元的估值收购GoTo。

印尼GoTo集团是印尼网约车巨头Gojek和印尼最大电商平台Tokopedia合并而成的新公司，同时也是Grab控股的竞争对手。
