智通财经APP讯，PACIFIC LEGEND(08547)发布公告，董事会建议按于记录日期每持有2股股份获发1股供股股份的基准，以认购价每股供股股份0.1港元进行供股事项，透过发行最多1.37亿股供股股份筹集所得款项总额约1370万港元(扣除开支前)(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目不变)。
倘获悉数认购，在扣除所有必要开支后，供股事项估计所得款项净额将最高达约1330万港元。
公司拟将供股事项所得款项净额用作集团一般营运资金，具体如下：约17%用于支付薪金及酬金开支;约23%用于支付租金开支;及约60%用于贸易相关开支，包括支付供应商、仓库及物流团队。
