消息面上，中国淀粉公布年度业绩，集团收入人民币114.16亿元，同比减少3.2%；毛利为人民币11.63亿元，同比增长109.0%；股东应占溢利4.82亿元，同比增长346.7%；每股基本盈利0.0808元；拟派末期息每股0.98港仙，去年同期0.69港仙。意味着分红率或不及去年。
公司此前表示，2024年，集团主要原材料玉米粒市价显著着低于2023年；集团的赖氨酸生产设施于2023年完成扩建后，集团于该年度取得赖氨酸产品的产量及销量显著增长；于该年度，透过扩大所有产品线的产量，实现规模经济；及尽管多项产品需求不足，但集团在保持盈利能力的同时成功扩大其市场份额。
