截至当天收盘，道琼斯工业平均指数比前一交易日下跌260.32点，收于41581.31点，跌幅为0.62%；标准普尔500种股票指数下跌60.45点，收于5614.66点，跌幅为1.07%；纳斯达克综合指数下跌304.54点，收于17504.12点，跌幅为1.71%。

大型科技股普遍下跌，Alphabet下跌2.2%，此前公司宣布以约320亿美元收购网络安全公司Wiz。特斯拉大跌5.34%，券商RBC将其目标价从320美元下调至120美元，理由是市场对自动驾驶和机器人出租车业务预期降低。特斯拉年内累计跌幅接近45%。超微电脑跌超9%，Meta跌超3%，博通跌3%，谷歌跌超2%，微软、亚马逊跌超1%。
