原油价格周二下跌，金融市场整体疲软以及对全球供应过剩的担忧盖过了中东紧张局势升级的影响。

　　WTI原油下跌1%，收于每桶67美元下方，结束了两个交易日的连涨。

　　在美联储周三即将公布利率决定之际，美国股市周二下跌。不过油价早盘一度上涨1.7%，因为以色列对加沙发动军事打击且美国加大了对伊朗的压力。

　　“随着以色列和哈马斯之间的紧张局势重新浮出水面，原油价格反映的地缘政治风险溢价微乎其微，” CIBC Private Wealth Group的高级能源交易员Rebecca Babin表示。“在今年晚些时候可能出现库存增加和宏观经济风险加剧的背景下，大多数交易员都将这种溢价视为卖出机会”。

　　随着不断升级的全球贸易战威胁需求而OPEC及其盟国将从4月开始提高产量，原油价格势将出现季度跌幅。

　　俄罗斯总统普京在与美国总统特朗普的通话中同意限制对乌克兰能源资产的打击，但没有承诺更广泛的30天停火。

　　纽约市场4月交割的WTI原油期货下跌1%，结算价报每桶66.90美元。

　　5月布伦特原油下跌0.7%，收于每桶70.56美元。
