Microsoft (MSFT) said late Monday it received an unsolicited mini-tender offer by TRC Capital Investment for up to 300,000 common shares at $391 apiece in cash.
The technology giant said it expresses no opinion and is neutral on the offer, which is currently scheduled to expire one minute after 11:59 pm ET Monday.
The offer notice is dated Feb. 21, Microsoft said.
