Standard Chartered (HKG:2888) received the relevant regulatory approvals for the appointment of Maria Ramos as group chair, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Maria will take on her responsibilities at the conclusion of the British lender's 2025 annual general meeting on May 8 when José Viñals will retire from the board.
