智通财经APP获悉，中国家电零售商京睿旺铺(JRWP.US)周二向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请。这家总部位于中国杭州的公司计划以每股4美元至6美元的价格发行130万股股票，筹资600万美元。按照拟议发行价区间的中点计算，京睿旺铺的市值将达到1.06亿美元。
该公司通过其在中国的经营实体批发和零售各种电器产品。其产品包括空调、冰箱、电视、洗衣机、烘干机和洗碗机等。
京睿旺铺成立于2002年，截至2024年9月30日的12个月营收为1200万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为JRWP。Eddid Securities USA Inc.是此次交易的唯一簿记行。
